Products Introduction
The high vacuum metallizing machine can continuously metallize metal of Aluminum, ZnS, Tin on the surface of roll plastic film such as PET, CPP, BOPP, PA, LDPE, PVC and paper. The metallizer is especially designed for metallizing high quality materials such as cigarette and wine packaging metallized films, food packaging metallized films, pharmacy packaging metallized films, metallized laminated films, transferred metallized films, anti-counterfeit laser films, hot stamping foils and metallic yarn. Using magnetron sputtering technology, the metallizer is capable of processing various materials including Chrome, Copper, Titanium, Nickel, Silicon Oxide, Niobium Oxide, Stainless Steel, and Silver, etc. for metallization.
The metallizer adopts a high speed pumping system and a sophisticated intelligent control system to achieve continuous stable operation under excellent vacuum condition. Its rational structural design and user-friendly function significantly reduce operational complexity and maintenance costs, thereby enabling enterprises to attain high productivity with low consumption.
The metallized film has reliable quality which reflects in free blank line, free edge line, free wrinkle, no spatter of Aluminum dross, and better uniformity of coating. It also has the features of thermal deformation force to the plastic film is small and cooling result is better.

Control Section
☑ The metallizer features a high quality Siemens PLC paired with a 12" Siemens color HMI, enabling fully digitized parameter visualization and intuitive human-machine interaction.
☑ Key Advantage: One-touch factory parameter restoration. Protective devices for leakage and high temperature in both booster pump and diffusion pump systems.
Vacuum Section
☑ Combining high speed pumping efficiency, excellent vacuum condition, with intelligent automation, the system utilizes high quality cryogenic traps and Siemens PLC technology to maintain optimized performance through continuous monitoring and control under any climate environment.
Winding Section
☑ Winding system: premium ABB or Siemens frequency conversion motors and Japanese Yaskawa drives in the winding system achieve stable operation, deliver high speed performance, prevent material scratching and wrinkling, and ensure edge neatness during winding.
Tension Section
Excellent digital tension control system offers rapid-response roll anti-loosening, anti-stall, automatic correction functions, and automatic, constant, precise rewind taper tension adjustment.
Measurement System
The metallizer is equipped with a thickness measurement system capable of real-time monitoring across the full web width, allowing for rapid adjustments to ensure coating uniformity and enhance product quality.
