Rectangular Chamber High Speed Vacuum Metallizer (F Series)
Products Introduction
The high vacuum metallizing machine can continuously metalize metal of Aluminum, ZnS, Tin, Chrome, Copper, Titanium, Nickel, Silicon Oxide, Niobium Oxide, Stainless Steel, Silver, etc. on the surface of roll pre-treatment plastic films such as PET, CPP, BOPP, PA, LDPE, PVC films. The metallizer provides three different coating technology solutions for options: evaporation boat type, medium-frequency induction type and magnetron sputtering type. The metallized film can be widely used in packaging, security, clothing, decoration, insulation, chemical industry, etc.
The metallizer adopts a high speed pumping system and a sophisticated intelligent control system to achieve continuous stable operation under excellent vacuum condition. Its rational structural design and user-friendly function significantly reduce operational complexity and maintenance costs, thereby enabling enterprises to attain high productivity with low consumption.
The metallized film has reliable quality which reflects in free blank line, free edge line, free wrinkle, no spatter of Aluminum dross, and better uniformity of coating. It also has the features of thermal deformation force to the plastic film is small and cooling result is better.

Products Feature

control section
☑ With a high quality Siemens PLC, two Siemens color HMI size 12", and all digital operation parameters. Machine control program bases on humanity.
☑ The metallizer also equipped with a color camera with LED displayer size 17" connected chamber can monitor the working condition of whole winding section at real-time.
☑ Key Advantage: One-touch factory parameter restoration. Protective devices for leakage and high temperature in both booster pump and diffusion pump systems.

Vacuum section
☑ Powerful pumping system has the feature of high pumping speed owing to the large capacity pumps with high quality cryogenic traps, so it can keep excellent vacuum condition under any climate environment.
☑ The rectangle chamber makes the system less leakage so the metallizer can easily reach and maintain the high vacuum condition, and continuous produce high quality metallized film with beautiful metallic gloss.
☑ Siemens PLC runs and controls the whole pumping system automatically.

Winding section
☑ New design of free span metallizing in winding section with four large capacity ABB brand motors and two chill rollers. And the metallizer is excellent for metallizing plastic films with small tension such as PET, CPP, BOPP, PA, LDPE from 6μm to 40μm.
☑ High precise Japanese Yaskawa Servo systems control the winding section to achieve stable running and high winding speed. The metallized materials have both best rewind trims without wrinkle, and not scratch on surface of original materials.

Tension section
Tension section has four large capacity ABB brand motors and three stages tension. Precise Japanese Yaskawa servos control the tensions so tensions are loseproof in roll and anti-stall, also have all kinds of functions on automatic correction. The tension system has an automatic adjustment on rewind taper tension and high rapid response.
Measurement System

Integrated with a thickness measurement system, the coater achieves full-substrate-width thickness measurement at real-time. This enables real-time parameter optimization, guaranteeing both uniformity of coating layer and improvement in production quality.
