Products Introduction
The high vacuum metallizing machine applies Aluminum, ZnS, Tin coatings onto various flexible substrates including PET, CPP, BOPP, PA, LDPE, PVC films and paper rolls through continuous deposition process. Designed for specialized industrial applications, the metallizer handles high quality flexible packaging materials ranging from tobacco and alcohol packaging films to food and pharmacy barrier films, while also supporting production of metallized laminated films, transferred metallized films, anti-counterfeit holographic films, hot-stamp decorative films, and metallic yarn. The metallizer can also use magnetron sputtering technology to metallize Chrome, Copper, Titanium, Nickel, Silicon Oxide, Niobium Oxide, Stainless Steel, Silver, etc.
The metallizer adopts a high speed pumping system and a sophisticated intelligent control system to achieve continuous stable operation under excellent vacuum condition. Its rational structural design and user-friendly function significantly reduce operational complexity and maintenance costs, thereby enabling enterprises to attain high productivity with low consumption.
The metallized film has reliable quality which reflects in free blank line, free edge line, free wrinkle, no spatter of Aluminum dross, and better uniformity of coating. It also has the features of thermal deformation force to the plastic film is small and cooling result is better.

Control Section
☑ The metallizer is equipped with a high quality Siemens PLC and a Siemens 10.4" color touch screen, featuring digital display of all operational parameters for user-friendly device control.
☑ Key Advantage: One-touch factory parameter restoration. Protective devices for leakage and high temperature in both booster pump and diffusion pump systems.
Vacuum section
☑ The high performance pumping system features rapid pumping capabilities, high vacuum degree, with automated operation and control by Siemens PLC.
Winding system
☑ The winding system is equipped with high quality frequency conversion motors and drives, which enable stable operation, ensure high speed performance, prevent scratching or wrinkling of the original material, and maintain neat winding edges.
Tension system
☑ Excellent digital tension control system has the features of looseproof in roll and anti-stall. Also it has all kinds of function on automatic correction, as well as an automatic, constant and precise adjustment on rewind taper tension and rapid response.
