Rotary Piston Vacuum Pumps
Products Introduction
☑ The Rotary Piston Vacuum Pump operates by using an eccentrically mounted rotor inside a cylindrical chamber, with spring-loaded vanes that slide in and out to create alternating compartments. As the rotor turns, the vanes maintain contact with the pump wall, forming sealed chambers that expand to draw in gas through the inlet port during the intake phase. The rotating motion then compresses the trapped gas before forcing it out through the exhaust valve when the chamber volume decreases. This cyclic process continues with each rotation, creating a continuous flow of gas from the inlet to the outlet.
☑ This pump is suitable for vacuum smelt, vacuum dry, vacuum metallizing, vacuum soakage and other vacuum workings. It can be used singly, can be used as the front stage pump of other vacuum pumps too, such as Roots Air Blower Pump, Diffusion Pump and other High Vacuum Pumps. However it's not suitable for pumping from one container to another container. It's not suitable for pumping gas that with many percent of oxygen and corrosive to the black color metals, and reaction with vacuum oil.
