Usage:
L-series winding vacuum metallizing machine (economy machine): mainly used in metallizing OP film and thermal transfer to both paper and cloth after metallizing.

Simple facility, low price, easy operation, few energy consumption.

Structure features:
1. It has compact structure, low energy consumption, small volume and easy operation.
2. It has a quick pumpingvacuum system and high efficiency, unwind and rewind use semi-auto tension control system with adjustable hydraulic pressure pivot arms. Also the vacuum chamber, evaporation stove and clapboard equipped with cooling system to ensure the products with few transmutation, without black line, without pleat.
3. Rewind controlled by moment motor and unwind controlled by moment motor or by magnetic powder clutch as selected by the customer.
4. Rewind and unwind shafts use pneumatic expand shaft and equipped with rubber bow rollers for deleting dark lines especially.
