Crucible type Induction Heating Metallizer
High Vacuum Metallizers Series

Crucible type Induction Heating Metallizer

The high-uniformity thermal evaporation system utilizes intermediate frequency induction heating IGBT evaporation source, which demonstrates high heating efficiency and rapid speed, effectively reducing pinholes.

The Siemens PLC precisely controls the evaporation, resulting in more uniform coatings while enhancing the system's coordination, stability, and reliability.

    Products Introduction

☑ ‌Mid-frequency induction roll-to-roll metallizing machines‌ are vacuum deposition systems that utilize induction heating technology to achieve thin-film coating.

☑ ‌The principle of mid-frequency induction heating is based on ‌electromagnetic induction‌ and the ‌Joule heating effect‌. When a mid-frequency alternating current passes through an induction coil, it generates a rapidly alternating magnetic field around the coil. If a conductive material (such as metal) is placed within this magnetic field, the field penetrates the material’s surface and induces closed-loop eddy currents within it. These eddy currents encounter resistance from the material itself, converting electrical energy into thermal energy, which rapidly raises the material’s temperature. This heating method acts directly on the material’s interior without physical contact, ensuring high energy efficiency and avoiding contamination.

☑ ‌Our induction heating section with dynamic current and stable power can ensure the excellent uniformity on the surface of metallized materials. It also can avoid sputter and pinhole owing to anti harmonic interference. Metallizer with induction heating section is excellent for metallic yarn making.
