Al-ZnS Dual Purpose Vacuum Metallizing machine
High Vacuum Metallizers Series

Al-ZnS Dual Purpose Vacuum Metallizing machine

Evaporation boat type metallizing machine is suitable for depositing aluminum and zinc sulfide (ZnS).

By replacing the Boron Nitride boat or Molybdenum boat, the machine achieves dual functionality with simple and convenient replacement operations.

The equipment demonstrates high coating efficiency, exceptional film layer uniformity, and superior operational stability.

    Products Introduction

Utilizing a high-power resistive heating power supply ensures uniform evaporation across the heating system. The evaporation boats are made of Boron Nitride and adopt a top-clamped staggered arrangement configuration. It is very easy to load and unload boats. The wire-feeding system uses individual stepper motors to power each mechanism to provide stable wire feeding and achieve centralized and independent adjustment of wire-feeding speed. This wire-feeding system allows for real-time adjustment of aluminum layer thickness during deposition.

Molybdenum boat exhibits outstanding performance in depositing high quality ZnS films under extreme high-temperature conditions due to its high melting point and excellent electrical conductivity. Compared with crucible designs, molybdenum boats feature simplified structural configurations and demonstrate greater economic efficiency in both manufacturing and maintenance costs.

The whole evaporation system facilitates operational adjustments, maintains high evaporation rates, ensures metallizing uniformity and process stability, thereby significantly enhancing production efficiency.
